Conchita’s journey began in childhood where she would play the part of an ice cream store owner. It grew closer to reality through an after-school program where she taught 60 children how to make ice cream and bake cookies.

In 1996, Conchita obtained her business license and opened her ice cream parlor as one of the first tenants in Plaza Vigil. Today, she has over 20 varieties of ice cream including Marianne’s as well as milk shakes, sundaes, and coffee.
